Positive effects of job is the quality of teaching and running schools in the level of the main factors,and job satisfaction of teachers affect teachers are the main job positive aspects. Therefore,the issue of job satisfaction of teachers has led to widespread concern scholars and teachers from different angles on job satisfaction conducted in-depth study has been made a number of research results.Organizational commitment is to the entire unit staff to reflect the sentiment reflects the relationship between staff and units of the overall assessment,after all the attitude of the organization stems from the recognition of organizational goals,which led to a certain attitude or behavior,a stable sex,and job satisfaction only be a reflection of the staff of the attitude of this particular factor,as opposed to in terms of organizational commitment,job satisfaction will be more sensitive and directly,at the same time work with the scenarios of land change.Personality traits of teachers in educational activities not only will all the time,the all-round impact on student learning and life,and personality traits of teachers of his own work will have an impact,direct impact on the implementation of school management and decision-making and his work satisfaction.This paper discusses the impact of traditional culture of Confucianism by the Jining area middle school teacher's organizational commitment(affective commitment,normative commitment,commitment to ideals,commitment to the economic promise and opportunity), personality traits(AB-type personality traits) and job satisfaction(intrinsic satisfaction degree of external satisfaction with) the relationship between the go from a positive perspective to explore the impact of job satisfaction and organizational commitment related to personality factors,so as to schools in the management of the practice of managers to take effective measures to improve job satisfaction of teachers to provide theory.This study used a questionnaire survey in the form of four Senior 400 questionnaires were issued.Using correlation analysis,statistical methods such as regression analysis of factors from the variables and the relationship between job satisfaction.Through discussion and analysis,the main draw the following conclusions:(1) gender of the job satisfaction of teachers,there was a significant difference between different marital status,job satisfaction of teachers do not exist significant differences,different seniority of the teachers there are differences of job satisfaction;(2) gender of the teacher's organizational commitment does not exist significant differences,with the marital status of teachers committed to the organization does not exist significant differences in seniority of teachers in different organizational commitment does not exist significant differences;(3) personality traits of the middle school teacher job satisfaction and no significant correlation;(4) secondary school teachers,organizational commitment and job satisfaction,there was a significant correlation;(5) organizational commitment on job satisfaction has a positive role in the prediction; ideal intrinsic commitment can predict satisfaction,commitment to ideals,commitment and normative commitment to the economy of these three variables can predict the external teacher satisfaction. In this paper,advice are given in the final recommendations for school administrators in the formulation of policy.
