Study On The Reflection On The Problem Of College Students' Examination Fraud Penalties

The test as one strict state-of-art appraisal method,is important in the teaching process.If tests corrupt practices occur in the test process,then taking a test will lose the original function, and then cause the confusion to the teaching.At present,our country's university has universal students to take tests corrupt practices.These behaviors of tests corrupts practices mainly present three characteristics,and the increasingly fierce test corrupt practices will seriously destroy fair competition rules and test evaluation mechanism of the university test system.In order to contain the university student's test corrupt practices behavior,each university all adopted the severe measures to punish the students who take tests corrupt practices,thus caused many problems as regards the punishment of the test corrupt practices behavior.In this thesis,the analytic method and the case methodology are mainly used,and through the integration of existing materials on hand as well as the analysis of some examples of some university students who take test corrupt practices,the thesis reveals some problems existing in the current university punishment to this behaviour.These problems are mainly discussed from four aspects, as follows,lacking the national unification and regulation of the punishment to the test corrupt practices;the university being too severe regarding student's punishment;lacking surveillance to these punishments to the student;lacking the following education to the punished students and so on.Therefore,in the thorough implementation and realization of the science development view, persistence of "humanist",the construction of harmonious society,constructing a system of the punishment strategy which is suitable to the university student who take test corrupts practices is practically and extremely significant.The system should be constructed from the perspective which serves for the student,both can maintain the university normal work life,guaranteed the test work to be carried on smoothly,and can achieve the result that the student won't make mistake or the prompt correction of the mistakes.This requires the university superintendents must renew the punishment idea,consummate the punishment stipulation,regulate the punishment behavior,hence to put the punishment work of the corrupt practices behaviours of the university tests under the together surveillance of the entire society.
