In 2009,the sixty birthday of homeland,the Eleventh National Games will be hold in Qilu,after half a century's running.As Beijing Olympic Games has given Chinese market-oriented sports a great deal of enlightenment,it has become an urgent topic that how to develop the market resources of the Eleventh National Games which is shipped as the first shot of" post-Olympic time" in an efficient,order and deep-level way.China's large-scale comprehensive sports market starts late,stays in a low market-oriented level,and is operated still at the exploratory stage.At the same time,the academic study of the development of the market focuses on the theoretical analysis,though there's some case studies which only emphasis on the summary of market exploitation,it still lacks research results on market exploitation with the guidance of the organization and it is short of dynamic System with overall job market development.In my paper,I will get the value creation event system theory by studying the marketing of large-scale sporting occasions and researching from constituent elements of the system and interrelationship between them,on the theoretical basis of System Science.And by using the black-box methodology,I obtain the results of the inherent mechanism of running,which also offers the theoretical support for event marketing.Theoretically,a large-scale comprehensive sports development market system has been built.It mainly focuses on the exploring of the main target of the system environment,structure, function and other aspects.From the perspective of systems Engineering to discuss the application of the system analysis,system modeling,system optimization,system evaluation, prediction and decision-making system,organization and management technologies,in order to achieve the system optimal design,optimal management and optimal control.With the help of systematic engineering theory of strategic planning marketing events,this study will take the Eleventh National Games' marketing system transportation planning and design as an example and build a programming model,system operation and management model, the evaluation model,event marketing system to provides a case in point and to achieve the aim. By the use of systems theory,it builds service system,clear the service package and service supplying systems.So it has great significance in enhancing service awareness,improving the level of service sponsors,and promoting marketing development of China.
