Today,every country faces the supply and demand problem of funds on the development. As a public product,higher education not only has the peculiarity of the public product,but also has the peculiarity of private product.So the funds of the higher education should be loaded by the government and market.At the beginning of our country's establishment,we carry out the planned economic system,the hole of our country were completely controlled by the government, except for the higher education.Under this background,all the colleges' funds come from the finance,the appropriate funds from the government became the solely type of raising funds. Along with the development of our country,the market economic system gradually takes shape, that solely type of raising funds did not suit the development of the higher education.The reformation of politics and economic impels the reformation of the education,one of the most important role of the education system reformation was that made the solely type of raising funds of higher education into diversity.Under this background,our country start to receive tuition, and try to attempt other types.But the proportion of these was very small on this stages.After the mergence of higher education,diversified types of raising funds finally take shape.Now,several types of colleges raising funds have come into being,such as financial appropriation,colleges raising funds,society raising funds.This paper analyses the main types of raising funds of our country's higher education,and finds out the problems of these types of raising funds:the proportion of the appropriate funds from the government has reduced and uneven;tuition is too high and unfair;there are some problem of the type of the raising funds of our higher education; bank loan faces huge financial affairs danger;the amount of social donation are not enough,the proportion is too low and uneven,and the management is not perfect,and so on.In additon,this paper still respectively introduce the type of raising funds of America and Japan.being Aimed at the problems of our country's raising funds types,and drawwing lessons from the succeed experience,this paper put forward opinnion on how to expand the raising funds'range and perfect the the types of raising funds,thereby satisfy the need of higher education's daily work.
