Physical education is an integral part of the school teaching， on May7，2007，the party central committee and the state council issued the strengthening teenagers’sport of physical and mental health of the teenagers opinions on improving therequirement in the physical education teaching， and puts forward that we shouldestablish "health first"， it is with the person this， the guiding ideology of the lifelongsports.YiZhuan colleges as professional strong school， the sports training in the teachingof people should have strong body， decorous temperament， solid sports health careand fitness theory practice knowledge， guiding you can correct rehabilitation trainingand fitness， enthusiastic service to the patient. People for the sports teaching YiZhuanhunan province colleges and universities study is less， some research is still in itsinfancy. YiZhuan college sports teaching features should be：the body with medical，lifelong physical education and health first.This paper mainly by using the method of literature， questionnaire， interviewmethod， field investigation， and mathematical statistics， logic analysis of hunanprovince YiZhuan PE teaching situation， problems and development countermeasuresof systematic analysis and research. The results show that：1， YiZhuan college sportsmanagement points level3management mechanism， policy implementation isdifficult；2behind， teaching methods， teaching contents of a single， to usetraditional college old teaching mode， only guarantee the normal teaching， can notconsider students in vocational job the physical qualities of special requirements；3，teaching evaluation system is not perfect， the only teacher to student evaluation，students to the teacher evaluation；Four， four schools using summative assessment inpeace with the combination of attendance check method and can’t reflect "the healthfirst" guiding ideology；5， sports teachers team construction lags behind， the onlycompleted the normal teaching；6， sports venues (ground)， equipment shortage，affecting the normal sports teaching.In view of the above problems， combining with the current survey results， theauthor puts forward the following a few to the corresponding teaching strategies：1，and second management mechanism；2， clear the teaching goal， updating theteaching idea，revised outline，adjust the teaching content；3，expand the PE teachingreform， and formed a "body medical combination， lifelong physical education andhealth first" teaching mode；4， gradually to the options class the teaching mode， and process evaluation and summative assessment of the way of the combination of the finalassessment；5， and constantly improve the level of PE teachers， encourage teachers’active participation in scientific research activities；6， through collecting sports funds，improve sports facilities.
