| In most of the western developed countries,sports industry has already become a Pillar industry.Sports industry in China was gradually formed and developed during the course of system transfer from planned economy system to the market economy system after the reform and open policy.In June,1995,the former National physical culture commission has Formulated and promulgated "Sports Industry Development Summary",the important meaning of the Summary is:it clarified the industrial nature of sports,definite the sports industry boundary,Proposed sports industry development guiding ideology and the goal as well as the policy measure in our country.Since then on,in October,1995,"National economical and Social Development "nine five" Plan and 2010 Prospect Goal Summary" has been voted through in the forth conferences of Eight session of National People's Congress,it points out:" we must form the pattern of establishing the sports business by country and society together,walks the path of socialization and industrialization." This is the first time we wrote the sports socialization and industrialization into the summary document of our country,clearly pointed out the development direction and path of sports business reform in our country, it formed the theoretical and law basis for the sports socialization and industrialization in our country.In these tens of years,the sports industry in our country developed fast and widely.But,during the course of developing,for some reasons, there appears unbalance between eastern areas and western areas, especially the province like Qinghai,which has unique natural resources and cultural environment.How to use the advantage of themselves,run out their own develop road? It is a theoretical and practical question waited to be researched in.This is also the meaning and the aim of this article.This article firstly described natural and the social basic condition of Qinghai Province,then analyzed the sports management system,the ownership structure and the social capital constitution condition of the sports industry in Qinghai.This article also used the means of literature material law,the expert Questionnaire law,and the logical analytic method to carry on a comparable deep analysis to main industry and correlation industry of sports industry in Qinghai Province,special emphatically analyzed superiority industry of sports industry in Qinghai Province.On the base of the above analysis,drew the following conclusions:1.The major sports industry of Qinghai province mainly contains: Firstly,performance competition industry;secondly,the industry of sports training and consultation,especially that DuoBa basement is main plateau sports training basement,which takes on the double tasks of Olympic honorable plan and all people fitness plan.And it is the important sports training basement;thirdly,the industry of sports traveling industry;fourthly,sports entertainment industry.2.The relative sports industry mainly have:firstly,sports gymnasium management industry;secondly,the industry of sports lottery;thirdly, sports goods industry.3.Main superiority industries of sports industry in Qinghai province are: first,minority national traditional sports traveling;Second,three high-quality sports events,namely the surround Qinghai Lake bicycle match,the Chinese Qinghai plateau climbs the crag outstanding person match,the Chinese Qinghai international rush crossing the Yellow River limit challenge match.4.The main factors which restrict the development of sports industry in Qinghai Province are:urbanized advancement,sports industrial structure and sports industry quality,sports industry management managerial talent,sports management system.5.The development countermeasure of sports industry in Qinghai Province should be:Gives priority to develop the superiority sports industry project;Holds the policy opportunity,formulating developmental strategy;Positively cultivates and develops the market;Vigorously trains the sports industry talented person;Raises the management level. |
