The non-academic educational training plays a great role in our national education system.Nowadays,the market is directing into marketing-divided,brand-managed and chain-business.For the non-academic educational training organization in Qingdao,How to get competitive advantage by utilizing the reasonable developmental strategy in the intense market competition to obtain the further development and the expansion has become a stern question for the competition and the training organization which is being in the competition and the developmental strategy time.So the strategic analysis research for Qingdao non-academic educational training organization by using the strategy management theory has the significant practical significance for its later sustained development.By using the theory and pattern of strategy management for reference and combing the market's actual competitive and developmental environment in Qingdao,the paper has analyzed the external environment,the profession competition situation and the internal condition and ability strategy environmental condition for Qingdao non-academic educational training organization with the analyzing tools PEST,Profession environment analysis and Inner Key Factors.This is aimed to generalize the opportunity。These analysis results indicate that at present the Qingdao non-academic educational training organization is facing a good development opportunity,but the threat and inferiority are also very obvious.How to carry on the market competition according to actual situation and displaying own superiority has become a strategic question which the training organization needs to consider earnestly.This paper attempts four kind of typical strategies for the Qingdao non-academic education training organization to press its development.These strategies are the Difference Focusing Strategy,the Concentrative Strategy,the Integrative and Collectivized and Chain-Business Strategy.Also we discuss the Brand Strategy for all the organizations.Finally according to a case analysis for Qingdao Qizhi Holiday culture Training school,we confirm the feasibility of these strategic implementations.this thesis is aimed to search after and establish the strategy management pattern,and instruct the organizations to win its competition and development for the Qingdao non-academic education training organization.
