Implement the developmental evaluation in the academic evaluation in the high school students, which follows the trend of the development, responses to the new curriculum standards requirement that is an effective measure. Today, with the knowledge-based economy era, the international talent in an increasingly competitive, this traditional concept and method of education have brought tremendous pressure and impacts. With the further deepening of the reform of basic education, the new curriculum reform is carried out step by step, innovating academic evaluation mechanism in high school students become the focus of more and more educators' attention. Facing this urgent situation, as a secondary school educators, in the tradition of academic evaluation mechanisms, how to evaluate the academic high school students is an urgentproblem that we should think about. In the face of Facing the challenges, designing the scientific strategies for effective exploration, is a top priority. As a new evaluation model, developmental evaluation has been well received, which promotes their all-round development of students for the purpose of the evaluation of the concept, and has become the model of academic evaluation of a powerful complement.Based on this significance, this article attempts to analyse how to use developmental evaluation of strategies to carry out high-school students Evaluation by the development evaluation of the concept, features, functions, objects and principles in the background of basic education reform.In this paper, we begin from the introduction of the evaluation research background and current situation in the high school. The purpose is to enhance the efficiency of use of the development evaluation strategy, analyse all elements of the development evaluation strategy which can offer the reference to users and designers. Papers from the following areas to discuss the general high school students in the academic evaluation of the development of evaluation strategy:1. Students study the development and evaluation of strategies, first of all, define the academic evaluation and assessment of the development. Based on that, discuss the development of the evaluation of the characteristics, functions, the value of the objects and principles of evaluation, assessment and the concept and content .development strategy.2. Evaluation of the development of a variety of evaluation methods, listing three commonly used evaluation methods: evaluation of the performance, portfolio evaluation and informal evaluation. From the evaluation of the definition, characteristics, the implementation of the steps and introduced the case, and so on were discussed. And discuss the relationship between diversify the evaluation and assessment of a wide range.3. Evaluation of the development of the multi-subject evaluation. The four main evaluations: students cited the self-assessment, each student assessment, teacher evaluation, parent evaluation. Respectively for the evaluation of the main part in the evaluation of the meaning and methods, the role of such areas was discussed.
