The early stages of development of higher education in China, with the subordination status of students, college students’association and its development is not valued, specialized research in the field of higher education in addition to more attention to the student movement of the old china, rarely involved in the related issues about the College students’association. However, along with the in-depth development of the socialist market economy and the gradual popularization of higher education, especially quality education has been promoted to the important goal of higher education personnel training, the status and the role of the college students" association become increasingly prominent, the related issues of college students’ association had gradually become an important object of attention and research.At present,foreign college students’ association is very active,the research in this area is also very rich.In China,college students’association has also accumulated a lot of theoretical results,realized some valuable exploration.However,relative to foreign countries,the history of the development of Chinese college students’ association was not long,lack of experience,the understanding of its system attribute was not impressive enough, the summary of its development power law was also not comprehensive enough,the mastery of its guide strategy was not systematic,this also greatly affected the sustainable development of the college students’association and the educational function to play normally,the in-depth research of the development of Chinese college students’association was needed to push forward urgently.To this end,This paper combined the self-organizing theory imploringly,thought that the nature of the college students’ association belonging to a self-organizing system,its development and run should rely on the power of the internal system mechanisms to adapt to the changes of external environment in order to increase their own orderly.But in the actual development,the development of Chinese college students’association appears many problems,especially in the contemporary,Chinese college students’ association are being confronted with the dilemma:the institutionalized survival,its nature is not running under the dynamic mechanism of self-organizing,but under the institutional arrangements of heter-organizing power mechanisms constraint. This paper tightly around the development power of the students’ association of college, integrated the theory analysis the theory of self-organize and the practice of the students’ associationof colleg, putting forward effective strategy in order to guide the development power of the students’ association of college. In concrete writing, this paper discussed firstly the background and significance of this research、Chinese and foreign research situation、the main content、ideas and methods、the innovation and so on. At the same time, generally described the basic concepts and theoretical basis of the students’ association of college of development power and guide strategy;secondly,used the theory of self-organize to analyze the evolution of the students’ association of Chinese college,reveal its dynamic mechanism of self-organized evolution;thirdly,claborated the course and the dynamical character of the students’ association of Chinese college from a historical perspective,also pointed out the difficulties in the contemporary development of the students’ association of Chinese college;F ourth,through homogeneous objects as reference,summarized the important enlightenment of the development of the students’ association of United States college to the development of the students’ association of Chinese college; Finally,on the basis of above theoretical analysis、the present difficulties and the homogeneous objects as reference,to propose the effective strategy in order to guide the development of the students’ association of Chinese college.At the end of this paper,summarized the main conclusion、the deficiency and the prospect for the next research.
