As a value involved to many fields, injustice attaches great importance to current Chinese society, which there appears critical social class divisions and the growing wealth gas. There are plenty of academic researchs on the theory of justice, but most remain in the pectination and analysis of western justice ideology ,or Tracing to its source, to explore the source of cultural fair in China. However, the theory of justice did not elaborate well in the Context of the modern China. Marxist theory of justice is also far from academic theory system, so it is difficult to practice in China. This situation on the one hand, resulted in the divisions of the Chinese traditiona concept and that in modern society, moreover, the introduction of Western values acclimatized. On the other hand, justice-related researches are unsatisfied,yet: the theory of justice is one derived from the practice , but the citizens is just a lack of basic knowledge, making the development of the theory of justice to become the monopoly of the academic community. This situation has seriously hampered the development of the vision of a just theory, so that deficiencies, it is difficult to form a theory of justice with Chinese characteristics, which led to a shortage of fair in the community .Educational promotion is just an effective access possible to fair socirty, which, just to build the education system is imperative. The implementation of education considered the improvement of the content as the prerequisite conditions, an unrich content and theoretical system of education is unable to obtain legitimacy, and it will be difficult to be implement in the curriculum. Thus, the construction of just educational content just a matter of priority. In this paper, based on the study of many educational theories of justice the writer attempted to build a basic content of a fair education system, and strive to on the beginning form organic integration of the current ideological and political course, so that access to education effect in practice on vitality.Beginning with the interpretation of just education, it states the internal links between justice education and the current ideological and political course , the possibility of integration and the way to approach moral education in secondary schools .with the perspective of moral education ,it carries out a fair analysis of the inevitability and the feasibility of the educational content construction ,lists the theoretical foundation, focuses on the content construction of fair education .
