Innovative College Personnel Training Problem Investigation And Countermeasures

Nowadays, the competition of science has become the focus of international competition in overall national power. We should put science technology in the first strategic place to develop , and stick to the road of Chinese characteristic independent innovation ,to construct a innovative country .Only these be done can we grab the advantageous opportunity and win the development initiative .The independent innovation cause of our country needs a great amount of innovative talented people. Therefore, the higher education shoulder the important mission of cultivating talent , providing powerful support for independent innovation .However, there are still many problems existing in universities and colleges of our country in terms of cultivating relevant talent , .It will be a big project in cultivating faculties to solve these problems. Putting the student work in universities into play and exploring the potential is an organic consisting component of this project. Besides,it is one convenient and effective way to make use of in the future or now.The education in the undergraduate stage plays a critical role in the process of developing innovative talents .Meanwhile the student work in colleges and universities centers the education management and personal development of undergraduates. The author has done some research on the existing problems about responsibilities and team building of student work, together with the elements and features of developing innovative talent .Besides, some comparison has been made between the situation of student work in China and United States. To make it clear, I set Hefei University of Technology for example. Following these steps ,a conclusion has been reached that the student work in colleges and universities has important educating,guiding and serving functions to develop undergraduates towards mature .It plays a further and active role in shaping,developing and improving the innovation capability ,or innovation sense of the undergraduates.According to this, a series of suggestions and strategies has made on how to function well in cultivating talent in student work of colleges and universities. When it comes to strengthening the team building , innovating the work system of student work and making use of the student work advantage to cultivate innovation talent ,this article provides some work thought and measures available for reference.
