With the further developing of globalization, the fiercer and fiercer competition between countries expand the game in economy, politics, cultural education and sports. Essentially, the competition is due to the reserve of scientific and technological innovation talents. Only grasp the core of " technological innovation ", countries can achieve rapid development. The cultivation of the innovative talents of science and technology, the key lies in the cultivation of science honors. Science is based on mathematics and physics, especially mathematics, which shows the importance of the foundations. In view of this, The cultivation of the mathematics top students become the key of the talent development.There are five parts aimed at the cultivation of high school mathematics top students:The first part is Introduction, mainly including putting forward background questions, related research review, content and general design.The second part is quality analysis of mathematical excellence. firstly, it introduces psychological theory foundation, then try to define top students and summarize characteristics, finally, it is necessary to focus on top students mental health.The third part is based on interview, supplemented by literature method, grasp the practical training situation of domestic top students. It mainly spread from the training objective, the selection status, training content and modes, to lay the groundwork for the next part of the research content.On the basis of empirical analysis, understanding of part2and3, the fourth part explores the cultivation of high school mathematical top students. The author recounts from training objective, selection mechanism, content, modes and program evaluation and practical effect respectively, then proposes corresponding improvement strategy.Combining teaching instance, the author mainly interprets the expanding type course and research course, extends training modes. Through the case of diversified evaluation and practice the author strive to verify the results.The fifth part is the conclusion:a summary of the cultivation exploration and improvement strategy, and analyze the insufficiency, so as to provide reference for the follow-up of each high school students.
