Research On Student Work Innovation In Contemporary Chinese Colleges And Universities

Student work in institutions of higher learning is a systematic project.It not only covers the college students' daily learning,scientific research,more involved in the ideological and political education,college students' funding and employment guidance,college students' mental health education,college students' life guidance.Therefore,we should deeply understand and grasp the reality of students' work in institutions of higher learning,and keep pace with The Times to innovate the ways and methods of students' work in institutions of higher learning.Actively exploring and constructing a new mode of student work is of great importance to the sustainable development of colleges and universities and the healthy growth of college students.Since the establishment of new China,the work of students in Chinese institutions of higher learning has been inherited,explored and innovated with great vitality.However,in the new era,with the profound changes in domestic and foreign situations,the reform of higher education has been continuously deepened.In the context of globalization,information age,western ideology penetration,socialist market economy and other specific social environments.The contemporary work of students in China's institutions of higher learning is a mirror of both opportunities and challenges.It is more and more difficult for students to work in institutions of higher learning to meet the reasonable growth and development needs of students.As a very important process of colleges and universities student job,only follow the pulse of The Times,advancing with The Times and development,reform and innovation for breakthrough,to break the current problem to be solved in higher school students work.These problems include cognitive deviation in students' job function orientation,block organizational structure hindering coordination among departments,lack of students' standard value in their work content,imperfect existing evaluation mechanism,and incomplete team professional construction.This study starts from a systematic analysis of the current situation and existing problems of students' work in contemporary Chinese universities,paying attention to the combination of theoretical innovation and practical innovation,Based on the theoretical basis of such scientific theories as the comprehensive development theory of Marxism,the theory of youth growth and the theory of social needs.This paper puts forward the value orientation of students' work innovation in Chinese colleges and universities.These value orientations include: people-oriented and civic spirit,education and law-abiding consciousness,education and tolerance,theme concept and responsibility dedication,innovation ability and entrepreneurial spirit,looking at the stars and keeping feet on the ground,etc.In the innovation of students' work practice,they are changed by things,advanced by times and new by the situation.In this paper,from the ideological and political education guidance,student main body consciousness,students work development mechanism construction,the students' cultural consciousness awakens,quality ability platform building and so on concise out the innovation of the concept of the contemporary Chinese high school students work.Finally,taking Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics,where the author works,as an example,the innovative mode of student work of the university is presented.The student work of the school is guided by the Marxist theory,based on the cultivation of morality and the cultivation of people,with the aim of promoting the all-round,free,innovative and harmonious development of students' quality and ability.After ten years of theoretical and practical exploration,the quality and ability cultivation project was constructed and implemented for all undergraduates.The objective system of cultivating students' quality and ability is constructed from three dimensions of basic level,core level and expansion level.Build a practical course platform for cultivating students' quality and ability from aspects of education,professional training,humanistic cultivation and physical and mental security.In addition,relevant practical projects should be established to form a multi-level,all-covering,all-directional and life-cycle model of "target system--course platform--practice project",to explore and construct a work innovation model for college students with clear goals,sound standards,perfect contents,scientific operation,strong guarantee and remarkable results.These practices provide vivid demonstration and reference for the innovative development and practice of students' work in institutions of higher learning.
