The main factors that affect the teaching behavior of teachers in junior middle school are organizational commitment,work attitude and job satisfaction.The enthusiasm of the teachers in the teaching work will not only affect the teaching efficiency,but also have a direct influence on the teaching effect.The 240 teachers from Zhongshan City junior middle school as subjects,using the method of psychological measurement taking data,using SPSS 19.0 for data processing,statistical analysis is conducted on the relationship between on junior middle school teachers' job satisfaction,job burnout and organizational commitment.The influence of demographic variables on job satisfaction,job burnout and organizational commitment of junior middle school teachers were also discussed.The results showed that:1)demographic variables had a direct impact on the organizational commitment,job burnout and job satisfaction of junior high school teachers.2)the level of job burnout of junior middle school teachers is low,the level of job satisfaction is high,and the emotional commitment and sustained commitment level is high,and the normative commitment is medium low;3)job satisfaction and commitment,job satisfaction and affective commitment,normative commitment and job burnout are significant positive correlation.Affective commitment and job burnout,job burnout and job burnout are significant negative correlation.This paper is divided into three parts:the background and significance of the research,the definition of job burnout,satisfaction,organizational commitment,and the research status of the three.Finally,the research object,research tools and research methods are introduced.
