Curriculum is the core of adult education related to the teaching of knowledge and values,at present,the curriculum of adult education has the tendency of omitting,neglecting and distorting adult females,which makes adult female decrescent to explore knowledge,social desire and self—value.This paper analyzes the sexual problem in adult education curriculum on the prospect of feminism curriculum theory and explores development strategies of gender curriculum for adult females with an expectation to change the gender bias in adult education curriculum and enhance the learning of adult females.This paper is divided into five sections:The introduction illustrates the origin,practical value and theoretical significance of the research,combs the research results about feminism curriculum theory and the development strategies of adult education and then summarizes the research thinking and overall framework briefly.The first section combs the development of feminism curriculum theory and summarizes some significant viewpoints such as:Women Should be Placed at Knowledge,Caring Theory, "Self-cognition for Women".The second section analyses the sexual problem exist in present adult education curriculum from four aspects:"Gender Shielded'phenomenon,stereotype in sex role,ignore female's cognitive subject and hidden curriculum.The third section analyses the significance of developing gender curriculum for adult females.It holds that the development of gender curriculum for adult females could transform the value of adult education,achieve the gender equality in adult education,exploit thinking space for adult females education,strengthen the adult females'gender awareness and promote the harmonious development of gender.The fourth section is the concrete development strategies of gender curriculum for adult females respectively from curriculum value,adult females'requirement,curriculum purpose, curriculum content,curriculum teaching method,curriculum teaching environment,curriculum evaluation and the subject of curriculum development.During the process of thesis writing,the author accesses to a lot of literature data about feminism curriculum theory to understand the research status and level as much as possible both at home and abroad,discriminates and understands the feminism curriculum theory deeply in order to make the opinions much more convincing.The research methods used in this paper embrace literature method,comparative method.
