Video case is a way of learning, of which knowledge systems are established through problem situation, to foster students'problem consciousness and decision-making ability. With the development of multimedia and computer network technology, constructing video case learning system, based on hypermedia environment, to develop the function of instructing teachers in traditional text case and linear video case gradually becomes the research hotspot.By referring to the relevant research projects in and out of China, we discover that the potential of information technology in the construction of teacher-instructing video case system at home and abroad has not been brought into full play, which appears as video case lacking updating progress mechanism, weak learning supportive function of video case database system as well as the lacking of the evaluation towards learning process in video case system etc. Based on the above analysis, the author tends to make a research on the inner links and outer support of hypermedia video-case learning, integrate the new technology into teaching methods so as to construct a video-case learning system in a broader category towards teachers.According to the design concept of"learning community", the author would investigate the documents, make a questionnaire survey, use case study and systematic method in terms of the inner links and outer support in video-case learning. Besides, the author analyzes the function requirements of video-case learning system for teachers under network environment, establishes the module structure chart of video-case learning system, realizes the module function of learning system by using current technology, and then applies the system in teaching practice, which provide online support for the cooperative investigation and reflection of learning community about video case, evaluate students'performance in video-case learning activities, and reveals the function of technology in professionalizing pre-service teachers. This system could enable students to combine video-case learning with network technology effectively, make them adapt to the society, teach them how to study, how to think, and allow them to have a deeper understanding towards what functions technology have and how to apply it.There are four points here are creative: first, the advantages of network technology stand out in dealing with video cases; second, there provides a platform for communication and interaction in the aspect of supportive cases for learning; third, there puts forward the promoting function of technology in terms of learning in the learning community; finally, to evaluate objectively is developed in evaluating the learning process.The author makes the study about the video-case"learning"process in such aspects as learning environment support, studying subject, learning process and evaluation under network alternation, which could make up for the shortcoming: paying too much attention to teaching and ignoring learning in the existed video-case teaching theory and practice, therefore, the study bears certain realistic significance. Moreover, the study of video-case learning system changes the idea of merely establishing the database, and its findings along with the achievements would have higher referential value for the construction of relevant video-case learning system. The learning system could provide basic train of thought and technical solutions for professional activities and the design of projects, and it also could shed light on the construction of instructor professionalizing platform and on technology propelling students'learning.
