Since 1980's,the study of the interaction between teachers and children has been concentrated on at home and abroad.It gradually becomes a worldwide subject.At the moment,researchers in our country have achieved a lot on this subject.However,there are still a lot of things to do on the practical research.At the same time,they pay more attention on the children's action of one day in kindergarten.The action of children in kindergarten mainly includes three parts:educational action,wushu and living action. Wushu has close connection with the improvement of body and mind of children.Wushu is a process of children's development,in which there are important educational factors and junctures.The systematic research on the interaction between teachers and children can disclose some characters and regularity of the interaction.At the same time,it is not only to enrich the theory of psychology and pedagogy,but also to deepen the reformation of preschool education,especially to supply scientific proof for the construction of active action between teachers and children in the kindergarten.All of these factors have special meaning to the overall and healthy improvement of children.Based on the previous achievements,the paper adopts literature review,observation and talking to conduct research on the game in kindergarten in Beijing downtown.The conclusions are as follows:On the matter of the agent of the interaction,there are distinct differences in the initiation and position of teachers and children.Teachers are on the more initiative and superior position,but children are less.In the process of the interaction,teachers' activities and sensitivity would greatly influence the initiation of children.On the content of the interaction activated by teachers,teachers' requiring comes first, while requiring,reminding,commanding,guiding,helping and restricting are secondary. However,on the content of the interaction initiated by children,showing and its result is the main part and informing,asking for help and playing with teachers secondary.On the nature of the interaction,neutral action comes first,positive action secondary, passive last.It is the same as the nature of the feedback,with non-response preceding passive action.It shows that there is less passive action and more neutral action in relaxed atmosphere,which lead to some non-practical interactions.Consequently,the interaction cannot achieve the goal.The study gives some suggestions to improve the teacher-child interaction by game and to supply some basis for the development of children in the wushu.
