The academic team has became one of the most important organizations in the universities, its impact on the area of science research, students' cultivation and subject building is really great. National education department also takes "explore academic leader and innovate new model of team" as the significant task, and hopes to develop construction of subject and procession by it. However, the research about the academic team is still on the junior step, it is not only short of demonstration, but also on the first part of theoretic analysis. This paper tries to explore the relationship between the features of organization, the way of leading and function of framework by the investigation and analysis through 20 academic teams.The main task of this investigation is to find out the factors that affect the efficiency of academic teams, and tries to get the fitful managing models. Firstly, the paper states the main content and features of academic teams, then, based on the theory discussion, this paper probes into the factors that effect the efficiency of the academic teams, and tries to provide the standards that scale the efficiency of them. The demonstration study part of the paper separates the research into 3 segments:the feature of organization, the style of leading and the efficiency of organization. According as the3 parts, this paper establishes the analyzing frame of the relationship between the academic teams' management model and efficiency of the teams. The questionnaire of the management model of academic team and the efficiency of organization that edit by us is based on the test of configuration and the expert's discussion. We got 176 available papers during the reach, which shows the great trust and effect of our investigation.The following 3 suppose are proved by the stat. Analysis of the investigation shows:the feature and efficiency, the leading style and efficiency, the organizing feature and leading style of academic team have close relationship. We find that the leading style, the team atmosphere, the criterion, the quality of the task and the aim of the work are the important factors that affect the efficiency of team. Multiple regression analysis shows that these factors step in the regression equation cause the modulus as 0.902, these 5 factors can forecast 81.4% variance of the team.The result of demonstration analysis aims at improving the efficiency of the management model. Based on the analysis, this paper using 3 parts to have embedded discussion of how to choose the management of leading, the management of organization's culture, and the management of the performance as well as the innovation. This paper has great meaning to explore the management of academic model, hoping can provide profitable guidance to the practice of it.
