"Love is a prerequisite for education," This is a general consensus reached by the education sector.This article holds that,teacher love is a fundamental areas o in education research.Don't think that teacher love is active sensibility or some behavior like "like","care for".Teacher love is consist with the essence of education.Teacher love is a teacher's action with educational intention Teacher love is the foundation of other cognitive action.The true teacher love can make more tact of teaching and pedagogical thoughtfulness.Though the emotional phenomenology,we think that teacher' love has the mental point,teacher' love is participation,promotion and blessing.Teacher' love should be a kind of belief.So we can improve the quality of teacher love by understanding the meaning of education and spirit model,building up the belief of education.The dissertation consists of introduction and four parts.The first part is about emotional phenomenology,it contains the phenomenological thinking style and the objective of the emotional phenomenology.The second part tries to clear up the meaning of love in the emotional phenomenology.In the emotional phenomenology,love is an spirit intended action.It has infinite essence.The meaning of love offers the philosophical basis to understanding the meaning of teacher love.The third part show the shortness of past understanding of teacher love.and think that teacher love is an educational action.And think that teacher' love should be a kind of belief.The last part offers that we can improve the quality of teacher love by understanding the meaning of education and spirit model,building up the belief of education.
