Learning Community is not only an important method to promote the teacher professional development but also a significant way to change the grade group functions.Grade group Learning Community is a learning-organization that is based on administrative organization existing in school protected by the system to mutual exchange and common learn at the core of teacher collaboration.Nineties twenty-first century,it was introduced the concept of the Learning Community in our country.In the motivating of the New Curriculum Reform,the rudiment of the teacher professional learning community has been forming.At the level of teaching-research group,there are many success examples that the attempts of Learning Community promote the school organization transformation.inside the grade group that is the existing school administration organization,this research has been striving to boost the teacher individual and group developing,by grasping the essential of the teacher professional learning community, constructing the teacher professional community,reinforcing the cooperation between teachers ultimately.This research has adopted the interview,questionnaire way to make an investigation to middle school grade group current situation,has analyzed the existing of grade group problem, using the theory of learning-organization and learning community to analysis,bringing forward the learning community is an effective function approach to boost the grade group organization. That we reach the fundamental conclusions that a grade group turn into a learning community:1. Common problem to be a prerequisite for building a grade learning community;2.The atmosphere of forming the cooperative culture is the key of the grade group learning community building;3.Forming the study mode of the teacher diagnosing and practice repeating in circle is the guarantee of the grade group learning community developing unceasingly in depth.Besides this paper has probed into the construction process of the grade group,and has concretely explained the constructing of the grade group learning community by case,and has put forward four kind tactics of the constructing learning community:Depth talks,deliberates exchanging,practice improvement and experience summarizing.
