Research On The Learning Community Of School Teaching And Research Group From The Perspective Of Learning Organization Theory

From the perspective of current education reform situation,reform and innovation in school is also the inevitable trend.The school should carry on the reform and innovation,and the teacher,as the curriculum designer,the organizer and the implementer,is playing a more important role nowadays.As the carrier of individual and teachers' team,the teaching and research group is the key factor to the success of this reform.With the introduction of learning organization theory and learning community abroad,there has been a wave of studying the learning community in the field of education in China.In this thesis,the organizational concept of teaching and research group is learning teaching and research group.The activity of teaching and research group is to organize learning activities.The operation mode of teaching and research group is to build the learning community.Learning organizations emphasize five points: vision building,team learning,mental changing,self-transcending and systematic thinking.Therefore,this thesis hopes that the members of the teaching and research group can establish a common vision of the group,carry out learning activities in the team,establish a sound teaching and research system,change the mental model of the team members,and encourage the team members to constantly transcend themselves and think systematically.To organize learning is to realize of the value of one's own life while creating value for the organization.The advantages of the learning community system enable the teaching and research community to support and lead each other,to share common values and visions,to learn and practice collectively,to provide conditions for support,and finally they can share practical experiences,and work together to build a professional and highly effective team of teachers.In order to summarize the research issues and development trends of the current schoolteaching and research group and the learning community scientifically,this thesis adopts word frequency analysis,coterm clustering analysis and multidimensional scale analysis to analyze the relevant documents.Because the sample of the case study is relatively small,this thesis does a massive stochastic prediction to the first draft of the questionnaire,and then uses SPSS to analyze the validity and reliability of questionnaire.The final version of this questionnaire is distributed to the members of teaching and research group.This thesis takes the learning community of junior middle school English teaching and research group of SL School in Baoan District of Shenzhen as a case study,tries to find out the problems existing in the current teaching and research group through questionnaires and interviews.For example,the orientation of the learning community(essence,cultural characteristics,cultural content,organizational functions,headman of the teaching and research group)is not clear;the system of the regular teaching and research activities in the community(lesson preparing,class teaching,lecture telling,lesson evaluating,reflecting,subject proposing,competing,mutual learning,reading salon establishing,teacher and student pairs organizing,etc.)is vulnerable;the system of characteristic teaching and research activities(case study of lesson,subject study,teaching measurement and evaluation research)is also vulnerable.Also,the related activities should be carried out with higher frequency and better quality.Aiming at these problems,this thesis puts forward the clear orientation of the learning community of teaching and research group,formulates the activity system of the learning community of teaching and research group.This thesis plans a series of related teaching and research activities to establish the learning teaching and research group,from which the members' professional knowledge can be improved,the students can be profited,and the reputation of the school will be improved.
