In recent years, the study on women, developed rapidly at home and abroad, have been concerned by the government, the media and the people from all classes of society, who try to improve the social status of women in theoretical and practical aspects, and solute a bit of real plight of women. With the development of the society and the impact of globalization, women will face a new plight that they might be in many constraints and restrictions on work, family and education. It reflects gender inequality. What are the reasons? What's at the bottom of it? This paper will explore these issues and analyze their reasons.After the foundation of China, Government implements the emancipation of Marxist about women to ameliorate their situation and status. Politically, female participation in politics becomes an upward trend. Economically, the income of some women is more than men.
