The students' moral needs mean the students are require.d moral character in the formation ot the main stage and the students of education have the moral dependence and tendency while maintaining a positive balance or the inherent stability.They are the inner drive of moral activities and ethical source of positive activity.The goal of child care teachers' moral education is hhe moral formation and activity to cultivate the moral character of students specifications.Here,all are based on small moral education. Moral ethics are necessary starting point and goal constraints.Goals of moral education are the condensation of moral values.To achieve the return of moral values and avoid the ups and downs of moral values are the most basic principles of methodology when we formulate our goals by adhering to moral education.The occurrence of individual morality has its inevitability,and necessity, and it is implemented through moral internalization.Moral internalization can also be called the psychological mechanisms when individual morality is needed and it is contained in the individual and the process of social interaction.In this paper,I have made the surveys and interviewed students of preschool education and collected the necessary information in order to understand the basic content and status about the students' moral,ethical needs.Students of preschool education are required the development of individual character,but tend to pursue the moral value of the instrument,and their necessary moral sentiments have not yet been fully met;they have the needs for basic social morality, but they are lack of a thorough understanding of the deeper meaning of social morality which has obvious necessary "herd" characteristics; they have learned and adapted to their "occupational role",and have the hidden desire "embodied in the career of individual value",but their level of ethical thinking and awareness is low,it is difficult to meet their needs of professional ethical conduct.The moral formation of students required is not only highly situational,but also is constrained by the specific interests,so there are usually moral conflicts and the transtormation in different moral needs,and different solutions to the conflicts keep the moral needs changing.Students necessary moral constraints on the relationship between moral goals are embodied in:the origin and goal of moral high position,moral guidance of goal functi.gns,integration, implementation of the evaluation function,as well as constitute a moral dimension of goal and level setting.
