Means Of Information Technology In Secondary English Teaching In Applied Research

The development of Information technology provides strong supports to student's learning activities.Nowadays traditional education is changing into information-based education.It is an inexorable trend that computer and Internet come into teaching.It is breakthrough that using the advantage of information technology fetches up the lack of traditional teaching.This research paper arms at using the IT' method----such as Internet,relative soft wares,QQ,equipments etc. ----into oral English drilling,we can see the effect from the research paper.The process of the oral English drilling is mainly divided into three parts.The first part is about using the On-line Dictionary of the English to learn the correct pronunciation of words and phrases.The second part is about using the Internet or Baidu to search for the needed information.The third is about use the English QQ group to speak English through Audio equipment or Video equipment.I use "action---study" method in the whole paper,do experiments many times and compare the tested class with the common class.The results of this paper can reflect the standards for new lesson.Through the paper researching,we know that the oral English drilling expanded student's communication channels and methods,enhanced students learning interest.English QQ group provides an excellent network platform for student's oral English drilling.It has the advantage of context.Students' oral English communion was increased greatly.The method of IT helps students breach themselves and removes their psychological barrier of speaking English.The shy and scared mentality was conquered and that Students hands-on operation of the practice had been to strengthen.
