With the development of the society and economy,vocational education becomes more and more concerned.Vocational education at middle level is an important part of the system;it assumes the task and duty of training the qualified skill or talent workers for the first-line production.All round development is one of the basic aims of vocational education.Under the current situation of our country,Vocational education at middle level still assumes partial task of basic education,which contributes the importance of all round development in vocational education at middle level,the student's basic quality is worried.Therefore it is urgent to develop the basic quality.Because the Chinese learning is related to the level of students' emotion morals and spirits. the Chinese quality education is an important part of all round development education.From three dimensions of Chinese quality,students in this period are easily mislead in emotion,attitude and values and they are not fully equipped with process and method or knowledge and capability.It is an important way to raise the Chinese qualilty by intensive reading of literature.It is an effective medicine for students to setup correct feelings,attitude and values through the recollection for the society,analyze for humanity,and pursue for goodness in the literature works. At the same time,language in literature is the model of using language,the highest forms in language usage.It is very helpful for students to grasp language rules, cultivate good language habits and upgrade ability.It is proved that enlarging the students' reading is a effective way to improve their Chinese Literacy.
