Nowadays,our country is in transitional period of society,the problem of vulnerable group is highlighting with social delamination and the increasing of differentiation,which arouses a great deal attention of the party and government.At the same time,it arouses the attention of the whole socity about how to look on and solve the problem of volnerable group in transitional period of society.There must be abashed parents in the domain of education which is looked as the subsystem of society because of volnerable group in the society.It is not only helpful for advancing social fairness,but also promoting educational fairness to care for the volnerable parents.In parent-participation research of our country,most scholars are concerned about the rights of parent-participation,the strategies of parent-participation and the function and significance of parent-participation,furthermore,they mostly adopt positivism and rarely probe into the theory of parent-participation.In adittion,in parent-participation research,It is a most obvious deficiency that most scholars consider parents as a homogenours group to research,ignore the differences of social station,economical strength and diathesis among the parents and different situation of parents.Penman analyze the volnerable parents choosing the fair angle of view in the thesis,Which on the one hand arouses scholars to care for the volnerable parents in domain of educational participation;on the other hand,makes educationl manegers and teachers treat the problem of volnerable parents correctly,in order to achieve the harmony of education eventually.In the thesis,penman puts forward the frame of research and analysis of the thesis by integrating the materials of parent-participation and fair theory that has been obtained.The contents of the thesis as follows:Introduction:origin of research,getting up with the significance of research, unfolding the status in quo and introducing the method of research.The first chapter:the title is erecting the concept and theory.In the chapter,firstly, clarifing the concepts in the thesis;secondly,casting the theory of equity back;lastly, establishing the academic foundation of the thesis by proving the rationality of turning process equity to essential equity.The second chapter:The title is the problem of volnerable parent in educational participation.,in fact,unfolding the problem that is being researched.At first,it is explained the educational participation is the prolongation of participation in the democratic epoch in the chapter,Then analyzing the main problem in modern democratic participation,that is,parents' effect is very different because parents are from the different background.The problem in democratic participation exist in the education similary.In the research of parent-participation,although most scholars have mentioned the inequality between the parent and school,few social scholars care for the volnerable parents according to the theory of delamination.In the chapter, penman mainly has expounded the character and disadvantageous circumstances of volnerable parents in the educational participation based on the attention of volnerable parents.The third chapter:the title is the analysis of inequality and causation in educational participation.Permeating the view of essential equity,Penman analysizes the inequality of opportunity,the inequality of course and the inequality of result according to the theory of equality erected,and it is concluded that volnerable parents are treated partially because of the parents' low-grade diathesis,the lack of teachers' morality and system and the limit of economy.The forth chapter:the strategies of the volnerable parents participating the education impartially.It is suggested that it is needed that the construction of teachers' morality,the erection of the fair system and the support the education in order to make volnerable parents participate into education impartially.
