Labor Employment Services, Economic Development And The Relevant Population Policies

With the rapid development of the world economy,the service industry that plays an important role in the economy growth has now become a significant feature of the developed countries.Service economy not only has become an irresistible trend of economic development,but also to promote the continuous development of the economic power of the stream.Type as an international metropolis,Shanghai,also meets the momentum of rapid development of the service economy.The services industry value-adds increased from 18.61 percents in 1978,rose to 52.58 percents in 2007.So the service economy has become the most important industries to support economic development.The percent of employees in this industry has rose from 21.59 percent in 1978 to 56.39 percent in 2007,becoming the largest absorbing employment industry.However,Shanghai' s service industry development still has a gap with that in the international metropolis,which has not yet become a true service-based economy.Services to promote the economic development of labor in the service sector first need to optimize the allocation of resources,in promoting the employment of labor based on the balanced development of better services to promote rapid and healthy economic development. In this paper,writer used empirical analysis,and based on the basic theory of service economy and labor supply and demand.Paper researches services to the economic development of the Shanghai labor employment status and future analysis.Studies have shown that the employment of labor in Shanghai service economy is not very clear balance.The labor supply and demand currently is the status of a surplus supply over the demand,while,after five years or so,the fertility rate,aging,migration rates,population policy and other factors will affect the supply began to appear insufficient.In addition,Shanghai has been combined with the population policy,labor-depth analysis of the unbalanced nature of the potential employment issues;the final proposal put forward corresponding countermeasures.
