Looking at the world, gender differences in all sectors of society has long been of concern, educational psychology also has much research for students gender differences, but in the field of Chinese education, because of the one-sided understanding of training objectives and the complex hampered of practice, research and practice for students gender differences in Chinese learning are few. In the context of the new high school curriculum reform,the concerns of students and the concerns of individual differences have gradually become the important issue in the field of educational theory and practice. Standard secondary school language courses (experiment), which was issued in April.2003, requires Chinese curriculum to play a unique role of education, so that all high school students can master language literacy, to adapt to the society multi-level needs, to play a role of training personalized personnel. The teaching of reading and writing in the reform also requires individualized reading and writing, advocates personalized experience, independent creative. The reform based on the personality development of all students is to teach meeting the different needs of students. Gender differences can not be ignored in many aspects, fundamentally influencing the whole process of students'learning. Therefore, in the practice of reading and writing teaching, to establish the concept of gender differences and thus for the actual existence of gender differences to adopt different teaching strategies need to be further studied.In this paper, the high school reading and writing education under the new curriculum reform is the research object. This paper looks back at history, looks closely at the current situation, points out problems and puts forward proposals.The whole passage includes three parts: introduction, body and conclusion, and the body is consist of three chapters.Introduction: Explain the significance of the question, define the concept of the topic, review the status of the research topic and put forward the idea of the topic.Chapter One: This chapter mainly from three aspects of psychology, education, Chinese education to carding and summarize the relevant theories of Chinese gender differences education. Expecting to provide theoretical support and practice enlightenment for the reading and writing gender differences education.Chapter Two: This chapter mainly bases on the learning status of high school students'reading and writing, focuses on the research objective of the topic, investigates the learning differences of students'reading and writing, confirm the existence of gender differences in theoretical studies, points out the direction of how to adopt useful teaching strategies for the actual existence of gender differences.Chapter Three: Under the guidance of the theories, based on the analysis of difference status, this chapter puts forward strategy according to the characteristics of reading and writing education. The implementation of gender differences reading education talks about five aspects contents: establishing the concept, creating conditions, exploring strategies of gender differences reading education, promoting cooperation between students, paying attention to evaluation of gender difference .The implementation of gender differences writing education contains four aspects: establishing the concept of gender differences writing education, stimulating writing interests of students of different gender, implementing strategies of writing education of gender differences, promoting cooperation between students.Conclusion: It points out the experience, the existing inadequacy and future research directions of this paper.
