Study Of University Teaching Laboratory Evaluation System

Along with the continuous development of our educational structure reform,a new topic has been raised for university labs as meeting the needs of specialized personnel in the process of the modernization omnidirectionally,which led to more request for the construction and management of labs.The laboratory evaluation is an important content of the labs' management,carrying out evaluation of university labs aetively,establishing and consummating evaluation system gradually,which has profound practical significance in promotting construction and management of labs and improving labs' benefit.The research about this paper is meeting the needs of the actual job, its' purpose aims to draft an evaluation system which is applicable to the characteristics of teaching labs development according to a certain synthesis college in our province,to tackle the problem of assessment-oriented deviation as a result of the evaluation system's congenital deficiency during the assessment process about teaching labs,and apply which to the method throughtout the impersonal evaluation about the university teaching labs' construction and management.Next,transform the labs' evaluation into a new method of labs' general management from passive evaluation and improve the sense of self-quality control,set up a long result mechanism about evaluation of teaching laboratories inside the university.Allowing for multi-factor,multi-objective and complexity about the evaluation of teaching laboratories,this paper combines the theoretical studies with the positive analysis and the qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis. On one hand, in the course of designing evaluation index, closely around the needs of practical work and the correlational thought within the ISO9000,transform the critical control points about internal management within the ISO9000 into the external indexes of controlling the level about labs' construction and management,integrate process management and objective management. On the other hand, with the study and improvement about the correlational evaluation method, select method reasonably and summarize the synthetical application of "DELPHI","GD-AHP","FCE" in the laboratory evaluation and the steps about simplifying the calculation process, write the detailed programs, improve the scientific and accuracy of decisions.
