Along with the deepening of reform of the education system, private higher education has been the rapid development.Various channels of private higher education raise funds have been gradually formed, which include tuition, Bank loans, Government-funded, Community donations, School-run enterprises and so on.In the development process of China's private higher education, the operation of funds points out several main problems such as a shortage of money, single collection of money, overburden, and poor management. intensively researches on the financial operation in Haikou university of Economics and analyzes its strength and the weakness. In addition, with the comparison between developed countries and ours, some latest experience should be borrowed from abroad. This article makes some feasible suggestions towards these issues,such as enlarging the government support, the defined property right ownership, a profit of the attribute classification management, the fund raising channel multiplication, the optimized fund use structure, the establishment budgets and supervises the department. Only by addressing the existing problems, and with abundant resources in whole education system of the Private colleges access , the development of China's higher education will be promoted and prosperity.
