Research And Enlightenment Of American Top University Alumni Of Donation Mechanism And Its Enlightenment To Double Top-class Construction In Hebei Province

With the rapid development of China's higher education and extensive foreign exchange,the importance of alumni resources as a unique resource of education,a special industry for imparting knowledge and training talents,has become increasingly prominent.Therefore,alumni work has been paid more and more attention to university leaders.However,the development of alumni work in local colleges and universities is slow;the actual implementation level is even more difficult,and alumni resources do not play their maximum value as a special resource.Therefore,it is urgent to optimize the work of local university alumni and give full play to their resources.The United States is a powerful country in Higher Education in the world,with a complete set of teaching governance systems.As an important element of social participation in university governance,alumni play an important role in ensuring the leading position of American higher education.The perfect alumni donation mechanism in the United States provides valuable experience for the construction of higher education in the world and financial support for the development of its own universities.Article summarizes the experience of alumni donation in American first-class universities by referring to the relevant literature,combining the organizational elements,fund-raising strategies and fund management of typical public universities in different periods of Berkeley University and University of Michigan.Finally,using the method of comparative study,article analyzes the current situation of alumni donation in Hebei local colleges and universities from three aspects: organizational elements,fund-raising strategies and fund management.The "double first-class" universities in Hebei Province should first clarify the organizational structure,professionalize the organizational personnel,secondly campus culture of fund-raising,long-term strategy of fund-raising,and finally market-oriented fund management,modernization of technical support.Figure10;Table12;Reference 64...
