Nowadays E-learning has been popularizing all over the world rapidly. It has been recognized and accepted as a new type of educational pattern. Due to the effect of economic level and traditional ideas, the course of E-learning in China lies in dilemma for lacking of financial aids and professional personnel .How to solve the problem with an effective method of marketing, the E-learning educational institutions must make decisions urgently.This paper offers a sort of counter-measures to deal with this situation from the angle of the management of marketing channel. Firstly , it exams the marketing situations, characteristics and development trends of the market. In addition, on the basis of market analysis, it advances a feasible management pattern of E-learning marketing channel from the aspects of the programming and design of marketing channel, the choice of membership of marketing, the incentive and supervision of staffs, and the evaluation of performance. Lastly, it attempts to settle the specific issues in "S" network school using the method of marketing channel management. And tests the feasibility of the approach of this management. And improves its maneuverability.But there's no fixed pattern. E-learning marketing management pattern reflects the rule of market and also the rule of education. E-learning in China appears but now, this existing rudiment should be tested, modified and perfected with the change of market environment.
