Colleges And Universities In A New Revolution In Military Affairs, National Defense Education Teacher Ranks

Nowadays, the typical characteristic of hi-tech war is the high complexity of knowledge and technology. One important fact of winning the hi-tech war is whether we have a group of scientific and technological heads, which stem from high education. As a base for sophisticated persons, university has two tasks:imparting knowledge and building students'temperament. County safe education is both the key to a nation's survival and development, and the exemplification of the reverse imagination. Therefore, under the background of science and technology, a good education for country safe is an important step, which would be favored by a impotent faculty, The new military reform not only supplies us with new chance, but also higher demand for university's country safe education.In my thesis, first of all, I pointed out the four obstructions that the new military reform pose to country safe education, that is, curriculum, teaching methods, faculty and teachers'personality development. Furthermore, I comprehend the situation of university faculty building, which is divided into three parts:the faculty situation, the fruits and the problems. In the end, I propose some suggestions from different aspects. The purpose is to provide some ways to faculty building, thus to make contributions to fasten our country safe education.
