College Students In The Research Study And Innovative Ability Evaluation Index System

Nowadays, domestic colleges and universities are devoted to building an innovative capacity-building system and implemented some of the more typical mode of Research-based learning. Meanwhile, Educational Evaluation has also developed into an important driving force and control means. On this basis, scientifically evaluating the work of Research-based learning and innovation capacity-building becomes a question of practical significance.Firstly, the author studies the theory of educational evaluation. By reviewing the history and the development of educational evaluation, assessing the theoretical basis, the essence and the main attributes of developmental educational evaluation theory , we finally choose developmental evaluation theory of higher education as the guidance system and infrastructure of our research. Secondly, by investigating current research at home and abroad, we make clear the essence and main features of research-based learning, and also draw on some successful experiences and methods of educational evaluation. Thirdly, strictly following the scientific procedures and principles, with scientific method and logic, through a comprehensive, real, credible collection of information, we establish an index system of Research-based learning and innovation capacity-building. This index system is based on scientific considerations, with a complete solution on the choice of the indicators, evaluation criteria and weights. Lastly, we establish a feasible scheme to arrange the processes, personnel and major tasks of this evaluation. In addition, we interview some education experts for their comments, and then we adjust the index system with their suggestions.While completing this paper, we also solve the issues to be resolved. Theoretical system, methods, standards and scheme of this evaluation index system are both scientific and feasible. This index system can be widely used in the research of evaluation, and also effectively promote the work of Research-based learning and innovation capacity-building.
