Popularization Of Higher Education Period Of The Research Capability Of The Cultivation

Cultivating university students'research capability is the important part of higher education progress in any time and any universities. Higher education popularity makes more youngers enter the gate of university. But the rising of quantity shoulden't mean the downing of quanlity. Our country create innovative society needs a lot of talents.Culivating students'research capability is not training academic talents only,but also training students capacity of data collection, data analysis, independent thinking and teamwork.Then they will have system of rational thinking and highly competitive in the work.So in the time of higher education popularity,culitvating students'research capability shouldn't be just in some research universities or for some top students.It should teach different studentsin different way,and in different term. Sandardize training methods to make students use what they have learnt.By using a few research methods such as literature investigation, questionnaire, survey and interview,I research the current status of students research and capacity-building.In theories,compare capacity-building programs of university students at home and abroad,learn the studies of students'academic ability.In practice,learn undergraduates'attitude and experiences of involving resarch activities,teachers and managers'recommedations and opinions.Analysis the reality challenges in the process of udergraduate research capacity building.Build the training model and give relevant policies and recommendations in the end.
