Teaching efficacy refers to the impact of teachers on their behavior and academic learning ability of subjective judgments. Teaching efficacy is the teaching beliefs of the core, to explain the teaching motivated key factor, which affects teachers and education initiative and to the teaching of the effort, impact of teaching strategies, teaching methods of reform, and Zai touch to the difficulty level of their adherence to overcome difficulties.In this study the use of "teachers teaching efficacy scale", "School Environment Questionnaire" on the part of Jiangxi Vocational 160 teachers (120 vocational, High 40), conducted a questionnaire survey results showed that:1.Vocational teacher's personal teaching efficacy is higher than the general teaching efficacy.2. Vocational teachers in the teaching of different age groups there was a significant difference in efficacy, mainly general education teachers of different ages efficacy significant difference :21-30 years of age is higher than the teachers of teachers between the ages of 31-50, while the sense of personal teaching efficacy age difference was not significant; Higher efficacy of teachers in the teacher's gender, seniority, educational background, professional title, the teaching of subjects the difference was not significant; Vocational teachers in different parts of a sense of personal teaching efficacy, there was significant difference: the provincial capital of teachers personal teaching efficacy is higher than ground-level city teachers, and in the general teaching efficacy is not different. High efficacy of teaching and prefecture-level city of vocational teachers and vocational teachers in the provincial capital of the teaching efficacy are not significant differences. 3. Teachers from different disciplines the impact evaluation of principals there was a significant difference: the cultural basis of class teachers and principals influences satisfaction than professional skills teacher at the high; different types of schools on the principals of the impact of work conditions for the development, evaluation of the school climate and other factors there were significant differences: the impact of the provincial capital of teachers on principals, work conditions for the development, school climate and other environmental factors, satisfaction with the school than teachers in high-level city; Principal effects of work conditions for the development, school climate, interpersonal relationships and other environmental factors, and vocational school teachers, personal teaching efficacy exists between the significant positive correlation, in which interpersonal relationships associated with a moderately above; school environment factors and general education teachers, the sense of efficacy correlation is not significant.Based on the findings, put forward to enhance the effectiveness of teaching vocational sense suggestions:1.Given adequate social support.2.Recognizing changes in a firm belief in education.3.Improve teachers and teaching management mechanism .4. Takes the campus cultural reconstruction .
