A Research On Teaching Efficacy And Its Influential Factors Of College P.E Teachers

Teaching-efficacy is the core in education faith of college P.E teachers, it not only affects the enthusiasm,enthusiastic and the teaching activity choice,the teaching difficult which the teacher works persists,moreover influence teaching effect and student s ' academic achievement,and so on. Therefore, the research teaching-efficacy of college P.E teachers and its influential factors have the vital significance value.The research used the quota and the qualitative method has discussed teaching-efficacy of college P.E teachers and its influential factors. The research indicated that: (1) teaching-efficacy of college P.E teachers includs the general teaching efficacy factor and the individual teaching efficacy factor;the teaching-efficacy influential factors of college P.E teachers includes the teaching ability factor,the professional attitude factor,the self- potency feeling factor,the teaching attribition factor,the school factor and the family society factor. (1) the teacher must promptly renew own knowledge idea and the structure with time synchronization, sharpens own professional ability and consummates own knowledge system, strengthens the teacher occupational ethics training, the teacher own value realization, manifests teacher's individual artistic life charm. (2) strengthens the professional skill training and the professional accomplishment enhancement, improves sports enterprise which own professional attritude, deeply loves oneself is engaged in, completes teacher's on-the-job training, takes advanced courses the lifelong study practical action and so on. (3) the school must vigorously develop the sports enterprise, take the school physical education the development work, emphatically emphasized the student body archery target development, provides the various help for P.E teachers'work, takes gym instructor's work achievement, improves teachers'wages treatment and the development space, manifests the teacher host's main body function.
