With the further implementation of the new curriculum reform, the shortcomings and deficiencies of the traditional teaching model expose gradually. Experience-based training has been booming with its own advantages. Scientific evaluation of training results, at the core of the entire training process, plays a vital role in improving the quality and effectiveness of the training. However, experience-based training is a new concept of training model without the support of forming evaluation and process.This article focuses on primary and secondary school teachers to study the experience-based training evaluation model. First, i analyse the characteristics and problems of the evaluation model, then build a brand-new experience-based training evaluation model based on a large number of theoretical research and practice. This paper elaborates the evaluation process of the model, specifies the principles in the concrete implementation process, designs and optimizes the assessment indicator system, makes all kinds of index more meticulous, hierarchical, and systematic, and designates the application standards for each indicator. The end, this paper takes the "Intel Teach to the Future" for example, analyses and evaluates the data of the application of the model, and provides some guidance suggestions for the assessment of primary and secondary school teacher in experience-based training.
