| The education thought about people-oriented, student-centered, self-learning ability of students has long been stressed in China's Curriculum Reform of Basic Education. Under the guide of such educational thought, how can we practice in specific implementation? Any educational reform ultimately depends on teachers' understanding and implementation, relying on teachers to play roles in the success of education reform. So the level of the education quality depends on teachers. While our country organized various types of teacher training at all levels to increase professional knowledge and ability of teachers allowing teacher's educational philosophy, educational methods, teaching behavior have undergone subtle changes. But teachers can not apply self-exploration, cooperative learning and other concepts advocated by new curriculum reform in classroom. Training methods such as learning by doing, cooperative learning, self-exploration, role-playing and other methods advocated by Intel (?) Teach Program allow teachers to experience the fun of such learning approach, so Intel (?) Teach Program will greatly promote reform of basic education in China. Intel(?) Teach Getting Started Course Program as part of the Intel (?) Teach Program based on the equipment rural distance education project provided, aimed at improving teacher's application ability of information technology, helping teachers to improve classroom teaching methods; improving student's application ability of information technology, high-level thinking skills and teamwork ability; promoting changes in student's learning styles to improve the efficiency of student learning. Shaanxi Province implemented this project in 2007.Until now,1280 teachers in the provincial level have been trained and more than 25600 subjects teachers and 20400 students have successfully passed the basic courses and skills courses study by school-based training, then obtained certificate of course-completion by nation. Behind the massive figures, are the teachers who attended the provincial training satisfied with this training, whether they know the teaching method of the 21st century, whether they access the basic technology literacy? Whether the expected training objective is to be achieved? Can the training help teachers carry out school-based training? With these questions, the author began the initial exploration and research of training effects of Intel (?) Teach Getting Started Course at the provincial level to provide strategic and advice for future training to the train managers. Under the guide of the tutor, the author is able to stay at the training base to carry out the research.After searching a variety of training effectiveness evaluation model, according to Kirkpatrick Model training evaluation and taking into account that investigation the effects of training in . teaching applications may requires a very long time and may involves many factors, this study only selected the first two layers of the Kirkpatrick model - Reaction layer and Learning layer to evaluate the shallow training effect. The two layers were then divided into their respective sub-index comprehensive evaluation. Such division is easy to understand. In order to facilitate the assessment of some qualitative indicators, such as the idea of the trainees on the training of the evaluation, the evaluation of the training objectives, evaluation of training content, and obtain more intuitive results of the assessment, its assessment is divided into five levels and given appropriate score. The paper first constructed the training impact evaluation system, designed questionnaire according to first grade index, forecasted the questionnaire in a small range, analyzed its reliability and validity, distributed, collected, analyzed the questionnaire combined with the collation of the interview and concluded that teachers gived a high degree of satisfaction of the training. Specifically in the following:(1) Trainees have a more profound understanding of the 21st century pedagogy after training.(2) Trainees master the basic technical skills that can help their teaching in the process of creating a series of teaching tools which can improve the efficiency of daily work.(3) Trainees master the assisted learning techniques of the 21st century classroom, such as intervention techniques and encourage skills.(4) Trainees learn to develop an action plan and prepare its application to teaching practice.(5) Enhance trainees'consciousness of cooperation.According to the survey and interviews, the following recommendations are made from the macro point of view:(1) To.enhance the effectiveness of follow-up training's evaluation.(2) To carry out training for managers and enhance the training certificate's quality.(3) To carry out practical activities which apply program technology from multiple perspectives.(1) Make greater efforts to explain rational consideration.(2) In the details of the localization process, we can consider other common tasks to replace a number of unfamiliar task.(3) Extend project teaching support web site and try the network mode of teaching support and exchange activities.(4) In the process of program training, the popularization and application of domestic software need to be further strengthened. |
