In the process of China's rapid economic development, social competition increasing, people constantly accelerating rhythm of life, work pressure is increasing, and the problem of some workers'overwork become increasingly acute. As the most important human resources of colleges and universities, university teachers' professional features, organizational environment and the macro-context led them to the problem of overwork. The production of overwork also the state, universities and teachers are being adversely affected. In this paper, teachers in colleges and universities in Beijing empirical study found a higher degree of their overwork, and in terms of qualifications, income and other statistics exist on overwork level of significant difference. The main innovations of this article are:(1) Select" University teachers' overwork" as the object of study, from the teachers professional characteristics, organizational environment to study starting to make up for gaps in this part of the study; (2) Prepared its own survey conduct research and included in the analysis method of comparative analysis, which is creative; (3) In the former text of the study, give recommendations for teachers, universities and the society. |
