It looks like university tercher is a gold profession because of the easy work and high occupational prestige, they do not have to attend and keep office hours,but also have winter and summer vocation every year. However, many studies suggest that the common and outstanding problem of overwork of the university teachers, especially the young university teachers. The young university teachers is a group of high return of inverstment in human resource, it promotes the development of their occupational health, the safeguard social elite through researching the problem of overwork.Therefore, this paper, based on literature and the data of questionnaire survey, researches and analysis the current situation and influencing factors of the university teachers' overwork.First of all, this article has made the basic hypothesis of young university teachers' overwork through the literature research and theoretical analysis. Secondly, this article uses Japanese scale to measure the overwork level of university teachers and young university teachers, but the results of measurement are both serious, some of which even have the risk of "Karoshi"At the same time, this paper proposes nine public influencing factors, and according to multivariate linear regression analusis, there is significant correlation between "social pressure and price level","social and natural environment","performance,compensation and organizational environment","public administration and working pressure","family accompany and man-hour","work family balance" and "health consciousness and leisure preference",and overwork.According to the analysis of the above, five suggestions are put forword in order to prevent and improve the young teachers' overwork: shaping reasonable moral image of the university teachers, scientific management of university human resources,optimize the administrative system,advocating moderate labor concept,improving the daily health care consciousness.
