It is also one of the significant methods to evaluate students' grades, and to measure schools'administrative levels; to guarantee students'matriculation quality for higher education, and to provide qualified graduates to our society. The High School Certificate of Education Examination is undoubtedly important to the individuals and countries. We need both "native feelings" and "international perspective." in the High School Certificate of Education Examination System reform. The United States, as the strong country at the forefront of education, Their High School Certificate of Education Examination System has a lot of characters.
