Survey Of Higher Education Information Technology Development In The Students' Perspective

Education informatization is an important part of the informatization of the whole country.Meanwhile ,it is a necessity road to the world's informatization.Among the informatization,higher education informatization inpacts the others,which is the key point to the informatization. Implementing of education for all-around development and training of person with ability relies on the qualitiy of higher education informatization.In the process of higher education informatization, the ICTs is instruments,the technolygies of digital campus is the basis.Higher education imfomatization is aimed to integrate all the ICTs to the manage,teaching,research and resource of campus,which can improve the levels and efficiency of manage,teaching and research. The intergration can achieve the goals of fostering people with ability and severing Society.The contents of higher education imformatization includes:①constructing of the basic establishment②development of digital resource③applications of ICTs and resource④cultivating of people with ability⑤systems of informatization.Since the 1980s,a great deal of capital has been provided to the higher education informatization.Acoording to the research of ACCS,there are many problems in the prcess of higher education's information.Students is the customers of informatization ,their opinions and attitude to the informatization is important.In this paper,college students is the subjects, survey and statistical analysis on the student perspective is the main task of the research.All of the work hammers at finding the problems in higher education informatization.Then ,we can propose solutions to these problems and intergration them to the construction of higher education inforamtization Thus,this paper include:First,deeper comprehension of higher education informatization, analyzing its connotation and content,discussing the charateristics of it.Comparing and analyzing the constructions of higher education informatization in different regions.Secondly,according to the six elements model and SITES, index system of ICT application performance evaluation in asia-pacific regions(2003), index system of ICT application evaluation in American and index system of ICT application evaluation in Korean , the author design his own questionnaire and pet into survey.Thirdly,combining the contents os higher education informatization with the results of the survey,using the SPSS 16.0 and EXCEL software to deal with the research data. Including frequency analysis, single factor analysis of variance, independent sample t-test and regression analysis, the average rank analysis.Fourth, taking the analysis results as the main basis, supplemented by network surveys and interviews, discussing the problems of higher education infomatization on the students'perspective, probing into the strategies to solve these problems.
