Strengthening the teaching reform and development of information technology courses in primary and middle schools is the most basic requirement to adapt to the era of education informatization 2.0.As a city in the central and western regions of Hanzhong,the teaching of information technology courses has developed in recent years,but there are still some unbalanced and insufficient problems.It is particularly important to explore whether the teaching of information technology courses in primary and middle schools in Hanzhong meets the requirements of the new era.This paper takes the teaching research of information technology courses in primary and middle schools in Hanzhong as the starting point,and conducts research from the trend of scientific and regularization.The purpose is to explore the teaching mode of information technology courses in poverty-stricken areas through research and provide decision-making reference for education information planning in Hanzhong,To provide countermeasures and suggestions for the balanced development of urban and rural information technology courses in southern Shaanxi.Taking the cultivation of information literacy of primary and middle school students as the perspective of education,the author analyzes and studies the current status of education informatization at home and abroad,investigates the current status of information technology teaching in primary and middle schools in Hanzhong,and raises the importance of information technology teaching at all levels To promote the reform of teaching methods and cultivate students' information literacy as an important research goal.Regarding the problems found in the survey,combined with the requirements of the education informatization 2.0 era,putting forward scientific and reasonable solutions is of far-reaching significance for promoting the balanced development of urban and rural information technology courses in poverty-stricken areas in the central and western regions.This article adopts the literature search method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,through the production of questionnaires and in-depth interviews,randomly surveyed50 full-time and part-time information technology teachers in middle schools and primary schools in ten counties and one district in Hanzhong.The questionnaire set a total of 29 questions.Single-choice and multi-choice forms are used to investigate the information technology teachers' school period,basic conditions,teaching facilities,curriculum establishment,teaching development,professional ability,etc.Use Excel as a statistical toolfor data analysis.Through data analysis,it summarizes four issues: school family students do not attach great importance to the teaching of information technology courses,some schools cannot meet the needs of teachers,the uneven development of teaching resources in urban and rural areas,and teaching methods and teaching mechanisms cannot adapt to the new requirements of the times.To propose four countermeasures and suggestions for the problem,one is to establish a trinity of government,community,and school to strengthen the publicity of the importance of information technology courses;the second is to suggest the establishment of additional staff,recruit teachers,strengthen training,and strengthen the construction of information technology teachers;the third is to adopt Guarantee hardware facilities,demonstrations at the three levels of cities,counties and towns,and the “school-school combination” model to promote the balanced development of urban and rural information technology courses;fourth,through the promotion of projrct-based teaching methods,the establishment of intelligent evaluation methods,and the introduction of new courses.Explore scientific teaching programs.To study the current teaching situation of information technology courses in Hanzhong,provide theoretical guidance for the teaching of information technology courses in the central and western regions,and effectively promote the healthy development of education in Hanzhong.It has certain theoretical value and application value,and it is worthy of reference and promotion.
