The Management And Development Strategies To High Level Women Basketball Teams In Shandong Province Ordinary University

This paper applies documents, questionnaire survey, expert interviews, statistics and other research methods, take Shandong Province High Level women’s basketball team’s coaches and players as the main object of study,so that to analyze enrollment, learning, training, coaches and other management team to conduct a comprehensive investigation and study, and on this basis, proposed the development of countermeasures.The research shows that all the colleges have a clear recruit management system; recruit students policy has much restrict, and lay particular stress on athletics achivement; team players are give priority to our province basketball tradition item middle school;most collages training field and establishment are perfect but it have conflict between training and teaching; the teams coach’s academic degree is lower, Most coaches lack of professional sports training experience, they all face heavy training and teaching task; and the tasks are arduous, athletes’average technical skills are not high enough; students’recruiting policies have much restrictions, most universities lack of training time; lack of training to improve, players have less match to attend and whole technic level is not high.On this basis, the countermeasures are as followings:proposed the corresponding countermeasures in the management, promoting a common institutions high level of the women’s basketball team aims to build flexible, mobile their admissions policies and improve the preferential treatment and strengthened to recruit outstanding sports talent training, the competitiveness of a good system,"easy to get into a" policy with studying management, management and enter a university that basketball player finish his studies, science for the selection of special training; in training and training organization of the basketball team, management of scientific training is complete the task of learning and extension of the movement of training time, the coach’s profession, diversification, coaches post training and improve the coach training levels and stimulate the initiative of the coaches.The main purpose of study is to enhance Shandong Province High Level women’s basketball team’s technical and the establishment of back-up training mechanisms, for Shandong College education supervision departments to provide the basis and reference to the make decision, training and studing management, so that to enhence Shandong Province High Level women’s basketball overall athletics level and accelerate Shandong College women’s basketball’s sustainable development.
