The system of administrative staff plays a central role in the management of the personnel management activities in universities, is a product of modern education system reform and a necessary result of the development of universities, the complexity of functions and the specialization of management. With the continuous deepening and development of college administrative stuff system, the administrative staff team becomes stronger, and has been an indispensable participant in teaching, researching and management. Grass-root administrative staff works in specific administrative services in universities, unlike management staffs, they enjoy primary and middle titles. Grass-root administrative staff is engaged in specific implementation work of transactional matters and service works. As the servants of education, teaching and scientific research of colleges, the building of grass-root administrative team plays an important role in the building of the entire administrative staff team.Compared with related articles in the past, this paper analyzes the problems of training in current college grass-root administrative stuff, is creative and timely. It puts forward the "human-orientation" concept based on the problems and characters of grass-root administrative staff, it is practical. It has keystone, analyzes the management of current grass-root administrative stuff in colleges from training, it is idiographic. In this paper, we take Tsinghua University as example, by means of literature review, interviews, historical review and other survey methods, with the actual situations of administrative stuff team in colleges in the new times, adopt the theories of human resource and organizational behavior to analyze the problems in college grass-root administrative stuff training of our country and propose appropriate solutions and recommendations.
