| With the continuous advancement in modernization of national governance system and capacity,the residents’ participation in community management is becoming increasingly important,and it has become the key issue in community development and management to effectively promote residents’ continuous participation in community affairs.The international community,a kind of community newly developed with urbanization,has attracted much attention due to its particularity,its management,therefore,has become an important issue of concern.There are now many problems existing in enterprise-service-oriented international communities,including difficulties in integration of employees and establishment of community identity,as a result of the lack of platforms,abilities,willingness,and a perfect system of participation.To solve the problem in identification in international communities,we should take means of space governance to drive employees into community participation and realize the joint creation of a community cultural space by multi-agents in community.In addition,we should arouse their consciousness and develop their ability in community participation of enterprise employees in international community by means of the space of representation,the representation of space and cultural practices in space,while improving the participation system.Many studies found that it is an effective attempt to drive the community participation of employees in international community enterprises through spatial governance.Social workers can provide platforms of community participation through space operations,enrich the content of community participation through activity development,develop community participation ability through employee empowerment,improve the community participation system through system construction,strengthen the cooperative relationship between enterprises and communities through platform docking.So that a path can be built for enterprise employees in the international community to participate in the community,the identity transformation of enterprise employees from "enterprise people" to "community people" realized,the goal of international community governance achieved. |
