In recent years, the local-people-run middle schools get development promptly, attain great achievement, instill energy into the educational business in our country. All works of life concentrate on improving the school quality, the construction of faculty team, and the development potential. But at the same time, there are few people to focus on the adaptation problems of novice teacher in local-people-run middle schools.This paper takes the YunXing Middle School(assumed name) as the research object, conducts the research on the novice school in this school by interview and observation, gets the first-hand data about the difficulties that the novice teacher faced in adaptive process, systemizes and induces these difficulties based on that data, then presents them. At the end of paper, provides corresponding strategies and advice according to the adjust problems of the novice teachers.This paper has a total of five parts:Partâ… :Introduction. The introduction clarifies the research originates; conducts a brief review on the related articles at board and home; defines the important concepts:the local-people-run middle school, novice teacher, adjustment problems; points out the similarities and differences between the local-people-run schools and public schools; discusses the theoretical significance and practical significance.Partâ…¡:Study design and implementation. Specifies the research purposes, determines the research methods, selects research objects, demonstrates the concrete implementation of the course of the study, and thinks about the quality assessment and ethic.Partâ…¢:interview and the analysis of the results. This paper takes the YunXing Middle School as individual case, combines with the facts in this school, selects five novice teachers, the interviews are surrounded by the adjustment problems with novice teachers in the local-people-run middle school, and analyze the visiting materials briefly.Partâ…£:The adjustment problems of novice teacher in the local-people-run middle school.
