Private Schools In Novice Teachers To Adapt To The Difficult Study

In recent years, the local-people-run middle schools get development promptly, attain great achievement, instill energy into the educational business in our country. All works of life concentrate on improving the school quality, the construction of faculty team, and the development potential. But at the same time, there are few people to focus on the adaptation problems of novice teacher in local-people-run middle schools.This paper takes the YunXing Middle School(assumed name) as the research object, conducts the research on the novice school in this school by interview and observation, gets the first-hand data about the difficulties that the novice teacher faced in adaptive process, systemizes and induces these difficulties based on that data, then presents them.
