The morality of teachers is related to the quality of talent training.Only teachers with high morals can play a positive role in guiding students in the practical activities of cultivating morality and talents,and cultivate talents with both morality and ability.The noble morality is spread to the society through the students,helping the society to establish an upright moral outlook.The "China Education Modernization 2035" promulgated by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council clearly stated that it is necessary to "vigorously strengthen the construction of teacher ethics,take teacher ethics as the first criterion for evaluating teacher quality,and promote the long-term and institutionalized construction of teacher ethics." It demonstrates the importance of the cultivation of teachers' morality.As the main body of basic education,teachers in primary and secondary schools bear the responsibility of cultivating the values of primary and secondary school students.Only when teachers in primary and secondary schools have the noble morality can they play a good role in guiding and demonstrating students.Therefore,it is particularly important to cultivate teacher ethics for teachers in primary and middle schools.However,from the existing research,there are few researches on teachers' ethics in primary and secondary schools,especially novice teachers in primary and secondary schools.Based on this,this research takes novice teachers in primary and secondary schools as the research object,through empirical research to understand the status quo of teachers' morality of novice teachers in primary and secondary schools,find out the problems of their teachers' ethics and analyze the causes of the problems in depth,and then propose the ethics of novice teachers in primary and secondary schools.The appropriate path of cultivation is expected to provide help for the construction of the teaching team.Based on the relevant research and related theories of domestic and foreign scholars,this research uses empirical research methods to conduct a questionnaire survey of primary and secondary school students and teachers from the four dimensions of ideals and beliefs,moral sentiments,solid knowledge,and benevolence.Based on the questionnaire survey,12 novice teachers in elementary and middle schools were selected to conduct in-depth interviews to gain a comprehensive understanding of the status quo of teacher ethics of novice teachers in elementary and middle schools.Based on the status quo,it summarized the main problems of novice teachers' ethics in primary and secondary schools,including low educational feelings and weak sense of dedication;low moral restraint and weak interpersonal communication skills;learning needs to be improved and insufficient teaching experience;The heart of benevolence is weak,and the sense of fairness is insufficient in four aspects.On the basis of problem analysis,combined with questionnaire data and interview data,it summarizes the factors that affect the construction of teachers' ethics for novice teachers in primary and secondary schools from the three dimensions of society,school and teachers themselves.Focusing on the problems and influencing factors,starting from the three dimensions of school,society,and the novice teachers in primary and secondary schools,we propose an appropriate path for cultivating the ethics of novice teachers in primary and secondary schools: first,create a good social environment;second,establish a long-term effect Educational mechanism;finally,we must enhance the consciousness of novice teachers to strengthen the cultivation of teacher ethics.
