“The important project, Education is based"“The education project, the teacher is based".Concerned about the psychological problems of primary and secondary school teachers, is tofocus on basic education; concern for basic education, and is concerned about the future of thecountry. In recent years, some education and scientific research institutions and mental healtheducation group conducted a survey to detect the mental health of the primary and secondaryschool teachers. The test results found that the detection rate of primary and secondary schoolteachers with psychological problems as much as50%, which more than10%of teachers withmoderate psychological barriers, about2%of teachers with mental illness. Mental health ofteachers will have a direct impact on students. Therefore, promoting in-depth development ofquality education must pay attention to and solve the psychological problems of the teachers.The author uses the method in the literature investigating the combination of researchmethods, the study of primary and secondary school teachers Psychological Problems amongstrategy. First study of primary and secondary school teachers Psychological Problems amongliterature, master the basic theory of primary and secondary school teachers ThePsychological Problems at home and abroad: Theory of psychoanalysis; behaviorism theory;cognitive theory of personality; humanistic psychology theory; rational emotion theory;control theory; social support theory; cognitive theory of pressure; research of teachers’psychological maladjustment of teachers occupation burnout; the related research on teacherburnout; causes; study of mental health education teachers; teachers’ job stress and relatedresearch.In order to master the psychological problems of primary and secondary school teachersand their adaptation of the first-hand information, the author63primary52secondary schoolsin14urban areas of Hunan Province, a total of115schools of about600primary andsecondary school teachers mental health problems the status line depth investigations andstudies. This sample learned that the level of primary and secondary school teachers’ mentalhealth: the overall situation in general, but is not optimistic. Primary and secondary schoolteachers in the five areas of physical, psychological, independence, social relationships,environment and overall health status and mental health, self-rated overall mental health,there are significant differences.The author’s literature review and questionnaire, draw conclusions of the study are:Teachers’ psychological problem is the teacher occupation, interpersonal relationship, self- concept and social adaptation of four types of problems, poor mental health problems ofprimary and secondary school teachers. Investigate its reason, have the factors from teachersthemselves, there are factors from teacher occupation aspect; also has the factors from thesocial level. Based on education, people (teachers) is the principle of adjustment of teachers’psychological schools of the most basic, specific strategies of society should create a goodenvironment, pay attention to the psychological health of teachers. Teachers should establishthe correct concept of self, a correct understanding of themselves, objective evaluation of theirown, their reasonable demands, accept their own advantages and disadvantages. By the selfand others, can objectively evaluate others, accept and understand others’ mistakes andshortcomings. Take things calmly to the world, and peace of mind. Teachers should enhancethe psychological health consciousness; master some common psychological adjustmentmethod. Teachers need to receive continuing education, improve oneself in learning.
